Welcome to our flagship Lagree studio in Seattle. With 16 state-of-the-art Megaformers, we offer high-intensity, high-energy, low-impact workouts designed to challenge and transform you. When you walk into our space, we want you to feel seen & welcome, whether it’s your first class or 500th.

OUR CLASSES

FULL BODY LAGREE

  • All clients

  • 45-50 MINS

  • Our standard class format, Full Body provides you with a well-rounded workout in just 45 minutes. We work every major muscle group, combining resistance, lengthening, strength training, and cardio to help you build muscle and get stronger!

ADVANCED LAGREE

  • Regular clients looking to take their pilates practice to the next level. Must have taken at least 10 classes. No first time students.

  • 1 HOUR

  • Ready to take your practice up a notch? Advanced is geared towards those who are looking for a challenge! Think no springs, or heavier springs (depending on the move) to make class harder. Plus longer holds, more props, and quick transitions to fully exhaust each muscle group! This is the ultimate dynamic workout and you’ll be shaking to the end!

INTRO TO LAGREE

  • Both new and current clients.

  • 40MINS

  • This is a great introduction to reformer pilates. Back 2 Basics is a slowed-down and simplified version of our full body class. We will give you a full rundown of the machine, detailed move descriptions, and hand-on adjustments so you get a stellar workout.

UPPER BODY

  • ALL CLIENTS

  • 45 MINS

  • Upper Body focuses on your arms and abs. Divided into two separate arm blocks, you’ll have a push-series and a pull-series so you get a 360 degree workout on your arms. Add in your core and obliques, and your Upper Body will be sore for days!

BUTTS & GUTS

  • ALL CLIENTS

  • 50 MINS

  • Focusing on the lower-body, Butts & Guts works some of the biggest muscles in your body to give you a big burn! Your core and glutes will be shaking, and you’ll leave class feeling stronger than ever!

UPPER BODY + EXTRA CORE

  • ALL CLIENTS

  • 60 MINS

  • Think of this like an advanced Upper Body. This class is half Upper Body, Half Core. We will work your center core and obliques through a mixture of planks and crunches, helping you get stronger and have better posture. Plus, your arms will get a well-rounded workout! Take this class if you want a stronger core, or as an add-on to your regular workout routine.

Curious what Lagree is? It’s a low impact, high intensity workout using bodybuilding principles. We slow you down and keep you on tempo to fatigue your muscles until they shake! Think strength + endurance + lots of core. Oh, and it’s definitely not pilates!

Meet the team

Our team has a diverse set of backgrounds, music tastes, energy, and we all have a passion for Lagree! All our instructors are Lagree level 1 certified, and some of us have additional certifications.

Whenever you walk into a MOOV Studio, you are also greeted by our phenomenal Front Desk staff before heading to your Mega.

Want to join the team? We do training once a year with a Lagree Master Trainer & then take you through a comprehensive training with our MOOV team. We hire Front Desk staff on an rolling basis.
